BE PART OF CTRL+ALT+RECLAIM

Join the movement as a Communications Lead. Here, you will lead the movement’s external outreach and engagements, including:

  • Representing the movement externally and  being the movement’s contact point for partners and the media. 
  • Being in charge of Ctrl+Alt+Reclaim’s inbox and handling media inquiries. 
  • Helping come up with cool,creative and impactful ways to share what the movement’s about with the public, by developing and rolling out a media and communications strategy. 
  • Exploring partnerships and finding ways to partner with others on communications and influencing campaigns. 
  • Working closely with the other leads and members of the Ctrl+Alt+Reclaim movement to roll-out its ongoing strategy. 

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

  • Young people aged 18-25 based in Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Spain, the Netherlands and the UK.
  • Available for four hours a week until the end of 2025. 
  • Are passionate about making social media and the internet better and safer for all.
  • Have experience working in or with the media and developing impactful communications strategies.
  • Have experience championing digital and/or health rights within your community. 
  • Basic knowledge of the European Union and how it functions.
  • Proficient English speaker.

YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE

  • A tech nerd: we hope you’ll be able to learn a lot from the knowledge within the movement and beyond. 
  • An expert advocate: we’re looking for passion and commitment to growing your skills and building a movement.
