Letter to the Commission: Google non-compliance
Google must comply with the DMA to restore fair competition and ensure consumer choice

People vs Big Tech, along with partner civil society organisations and companies, leading tech experts and browser market and search engine groups, have written an open letter to the European Commission on Google’s Non-compliance with the Digital Markets Act (DMA).
We call on the Commission to urgently open an investigation into Google and its practices and apply the DMA in full. Not doing so undermines the integrity of the Regulation and leaves both EU businesses and end users exposed to Google’s harms.
